Terms of Service
Important: These terms are a proposed agreement for future DesignTivo subscriptions. DesignTivo is not yet accepting self-service subscription payments through this website. Before any paid signup launches, final pricing, plan features, checkout disclosures, and the operating legal entity must be completed and reviewed.
1. Who may subscribe
DesignTivo is intended for business customers offering customized printed or decorated goods. By subscribing, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your business to these terms.
2. Services and availability
DesignTivo provides, or plans to provide, configurable online product-design software, white-label experiences, onboarding, and related features as specified in the plan purchased. Features advertised as planned, preview, or under development are not guaranteed to be immediately available. Any signed order form controls conflicting delivery commitments.
3. Fees and automatic renewal
The checkout must display the actual setup fee, subscription price, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and any usage-based charges before payment. Unless the selected plan states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You authorize recurring charges under the terms expressly accepted at checkout. We will not activate recurring billing without affirmative authorization.
4. Onboarding and acceptance
Onboarding begins when DesignTivo first performs account-specific setup work, including your kickoff session, catalog configuration, branded deployment, pricing import, or integration work. We will record and communicate the onboarding start date. Customer-provided product information, pricing, and artwork must be accurate, appropriately licensed, and lawful. Launch timelines depend on customer cooperation and technical requirements.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Once onboarding work begins, the one-time onboarding/setup fee is nonrefundable, except where law requires otherwise or DesignTivo agrees in writing. Before onboarding begins, a customer who cancels may request return of an unused setup fee. Subscription charges for billing periods that have started are generally nonrefundable once access to paid services has begun, except where required by law, in the event of duplicate or erroneous charges, or under any applicable contractual service remedy. Canceling stops future renewals, not access already paid for; access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise specified. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. How to cancel
When self-service subscriptions launch, subscribers will be able to cancel future renewal through their account billing portal. Until that portal is launched, contact sales@designtivo.com. Cancellations do not require a sales call. We will provide confirmation and the effective cancellation date.
7. Your content and data
Subscribers retain ownership of materials, logos, product catalogs, and designs they lawfully upload. You grant DesignTivo a limited right to host and process these materials solely to deliver and support the service. Each printer is responsible for its own customer-facing terms, privacy notices, intellectual-property rights, product claims, fulfillment and taxes.
8. Acceptable use and security
You may not misuse the platform, upload unlawful or infringing content, bypass access controls, or interfere with other accounts. We may suspend access for material abuse or security risk with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Service changes and support
We may improve or change features over time. Material paid service changes, price changes, or changes to these terms will be communicated as applicable. Specific uptime guarantees, support hours, refunds for nonperformance, and data-export rights should be defined in the final signed plan or service-level agreement.
10. Liability and governing terms
Any warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute procedures, jurisdiction, and DesignTivo's legal business name and mailing address require legal review before these terms become binding. Nothing in this draft removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
