Draft for legal review • Updated October 28, 2026

This draft explains the data types DesignTivo expects to process as its service launches. Specific subprocessors, retention periods, and contact/legal entity details must be completed before processing live subscriber or shopper data.

Data collected

When accounts and checkout are enabled, we may process business contact details, login identifiers, subscriber brand settings, product and pricing catalogs, customer-created design files, billing and transaction metadata, support communications, and operational security logs. Payment card details should be processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider rather than stored by DesignTivo.

Why data is used

We use information to provide subscription access, configure shops, handle orders/design workflows, provide support, prevent abuse, send required service and billing notices, and improve reliability. Optional marketing should include appropriate consent or opt-out controls.

Customer information

Each subscribing printer remains responsible for its storefront shoppers' privacy notices and lawful handling of customer data. DesignTivo processes shop data to deliver the contracted service and must implement appropriate tenant isolation and access controls.

Sharing and retention

Data may be processed by contracted infrastructure, authentication, analytics and billing vendors to operate the service. We do not promise specific storage locations or retention periods until the operating implementation is finalized. We do not sell shopper data to advertisers.

Rights and contact

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact sales@designtivo.com. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable privacy law and contract commitments.
